Let's be honest here, the theme doesn't look good at all.
Everything is everywhere and transparency fails hard.

- Remove the transparency
- Reduce the header size, so it would match body's size a bit more
- Find matching colors and using gradients is mostly a bad idea, unless you are great with it

Try making it look more elegant and professional.
