My friend Andraz Rihtar has been a designer and theme coder for some time now and provides some really nice quality work. You can see some of his work at his own website that's located at: http://www.rihtar.eu if you want a custom theme let me know and I will talk to him about it:

You can buy all of his premade ones from anywhere from $10-$20.. If you want a custom one (depending on how custom you want it) I would plan on spending around $60-$80.
